When the owners of global consumer products company, ENZACTA needed to set up their social media infrastructure and train their international teams on best practices for online, they partnered with The Magolnick Media Company.
We met Russ Hall and the ENZACTA executive team at a Direct Selling Association meeting a few years back and discussed the important nuances of how to do social media right. When the time came for them to get started, TMMC prepared a comprehensive action plan.
The first thing we did was set up their Facebook and Twitter accounts. We used those as the foundation for the new social efforts. We created a content strategy for each of the accounts as well. The key to success was in the training and guidance for the international teams to execute on the action plan. This required several days in-office at their marketing and IT headquarters in Mexico City.
The efforts really came to life at their International Convention in Mazatlan, Mexico where we officially launched the new social media strategy and formal training to their field of tens of thousands of global reps.
The results have been excellent with thousands of engaged fans across their social channels and recognition from the Direct Selling Association for having one of the best communication strategies in the industry!
