When the owners and executives of O2 Media in South Florida needed help with online reputation management, they contacted The Magolnick Media Company.
The project started out with cleaning up the company’s online accounts and creating a content distribution strategy. A company like O2 had a good deal of branded content but it wasn’t being utilized very well in helping with their online reputation.
TMMC stepped in and helped identify trouble areas and create solutions to fill those holes. We addressed negative online content and helped amplify the most current business in order to put the right foot forward and align the public’s perception of the company with the real operations of the company.
Much of the work centered on daily maintenance of accounts, content strategy, directly addressing incorrect negative results, and working with the search engines to eliminate damaging results. Over the 22 months that TMMC was contracted with O2, we consulted regularly with marketing, sales, and administrative department heads and employees discussing strategies for internal employees to execute on to support the overall efforts.
